Great product, great seller. Makes a big difference to our awning, makes it a lot stronger.
Awning arrived at transport depot and not at home. Which I was informed after. When I Opened the box the awning end was cracked and the awning cartridge was dented. The dent was ignored, but now I have to wait for a new end and replace it myself. Not what I expected for the price.

Pin fell off into the awning roll on first use. Now the awning rafter is useless, and I will have a pin rattling around inside the awning roll. Also, no instructions for use or fitment.
