Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If you would like to return any part of your order to us for a refund or exchange you will need to contact us to seek approval for the return.  Any items not approved may not qualify for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us by clicking on the ‘need help’ button located on the bottom right of this screen. 

There will be a restocking/return fee which will be advised prior to the return being approved.

The product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your proof of purchase.

The product(s) must be in the original box/packaging, undamaged, and not previously installed.

You will need to arrange your own courier to return the item(s) to us in Ballarat.  The return will need to be sent to the following address – 42 Gregory Street West, Wendouree 3355.

Once the return arrives to us, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the above criteria.  If it doesn’t, you will be contacted and advised that a refund will not be issued, and for you to arrange the pick-up of the returned item(s). 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by clicking on the 'need help' button on the bottom right of this screen.
