Customer Reviews

The cord didn't appear to be the correct spine and I found the company very unhelpful in regards to working out what was required to fix the issue. Also upon returning the cord at my expense, the full amount wasn't paid into my account, the postage was withheld even though I paid it. A further note in regards to this awning is it is only a couple of years old and the spine that runs along the roller is short approx 6 inches either end, this allows the vinyl to pull out. Where the awning attaches to the van in the sail channel, their is no spine on the rear end for an unknown distance. This has allowed the vinyl to pull away and tear out of a screw which was fitted from new. I have had to stick a piece of dowel in the end to hold the vinyl in place. Not happy with the product at all. Happy to have someone contact me on 0412 444 924, but I won't be holding my breath. Kim Roche
