Delivery was quick and the awning fitted perfectly. It operates so smoothly and retracts back easily without any misalignment. Very happy with it 😃
Shipping was quick. I ordered the 12v 3.5 m Cassette awning on Sunday night and the awning got delivered Tuesday morning. I live in Melbourne South East. Installation was straight forward. Wire it up was al so easy. It’s my second awning from Awnlux. I find their products are really good quality. Next I will order the privacy screen from them. Will definitely recommend Awnlux products to anyone that’s in the market for a new awning.
The awning arrived in Perth pretty fast then was held up for a week and I had to give logistics a hurry up. It went up easy. It works fine on manual and we can’t wait to get it wired up when we get to the electrics on the van.
I think the only thing I could say that is not in favour my new Awnlux , is the rattle it gives off when traveling. It appears to be a spring in side the unit itself.
I love the Electric Cassette.but not happy with the after response.as I have been in contact with you people.and sent E.Mails to the address that was given me .from .Greg.asking for information how to fix the Electric motor.as it doesn’t work .only makes a clicking noise.so have not been able to use it yet .thanks if you could help .steve .

When my 12v box awning arrived it was damaged both ends, I couldn’t do anything about it because the owner was picking up the next day so I replaced the end caps with the original ones from the caravan Not great packing, there was no protection around the box or any real protection inside either

Had the semi retractable awning on the side of my sprinter van, but due to being a short ass I decided to buy this fully electric one so I didn't need to carry and extra ladder around purely for the awning. The fact I've come back to the same company for another awning should tell how impressed I am with their stuff. Highly recommend
Your product is very good. I am pleased with it. I found your pre sale communication stilted because it was all based on texts with often over a week before hearing from you even though I regularly requested that you telephone me directly. I also found it difficult to have it installed. I was very disappointed that from the start I asked if I could pay extra to have it installed but there was never a reply to this problem. But yes, your product is excellent and your delivery prompt.
